Terms of Service
Haibria is an early-access service that drafts replies to the event inquiries you forward to it. These terms are short because the product is simple: we draft, you decide, and you are responsible for what you send.
Effective October 16, 2026.
The service
Haibria receives the emails you forward to your Haibria address, identifies the ones that are event inquiries, and prepares a draft reply from the information you have given us about your venue, checked against your calendar if you connected one. Drafts wait for you on a review page. You can edit, send, discard, or copy them. Haibria never sends anything on its own.
Early access
Haibria is invite-only and under active development. Features will change, sometimes without notice. The service is provided as is, with no uptime guarantee and no service level agreement. We will do our best to keep it running and to tell you about anything that affects your venue, but you should not rely on Haibria as the only way an inquiry gets answered. Your inbox still receives every email; Haibria only receives a forwarded copy.
Your account
You need an invite code and a working email address. You are responsible for the forwarding rule in your own mailbox and for keeping your login email secure, since anyone who can read it can log in. Tell us at hello@haibria.com if you think someone else has access.
You own and approve every reply
Drafts are suggestions built from your own words and policies. Before anything is sent, you review it. When you press Send, the reply goes out from Haibria on your venue's behalf, and you are its author: you are responsible for its accuracy, its promises about dates, pricing, and availability, and its tone. If you copy a draft and send it from your own inbox, the same applies. Haibria flags missing information and likely conflicts with your profile, but it can be wrong, and the decision to send is always yours.
Your content
You keep ownership of your venue profile, the emails you forward, and the replies you send. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You confirm that you are allowed to forward the emails you forward, and that the information in your profile is yours to share with your customers.
Acceptable use
Use Haibria to answer real inquiries to a venue you operate or represent. Do not use it to:
- send unsolicited or bulk email, or anything unlawful, deceptive, or harassing;
- forward mail you have no right to forward, or impersonate another venue or person;
- probe, overload, or interfere with the service or other venues' data;
- resell the service or use it to build a competing product.
We may pause or close an account that breaks these rules. We will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
Fees
Early access is free unless we agree otherwise with you in writing. If we introduce pricing, we will tell you ahead of time, and you can disconnect before anything is charged.
Leaving
You can pause drafting or disconnect at any time from Settings, and you can remove your forwarding rule at any time in your own mailbox. Email us to have your venue's data deleted. We may also end the early access program or your access to it; if we do, we will give you notice and a way to get your data.
Limits of our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, Haibria is not liable for lost bookings, lost revenue, or other indirect losses arising from the service, including from a draft that was wrong or a message that was delayed or never delivered. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, which during free early access is zero.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. We will post the new version here with a new effective date, and for anything significant we will email you. Continuing to use Haibria after a change means you accept it.
